So obviously this is a food blog and cats are not food. But I gave Jen a cat called Ring (반지 / Panji in Korean) a couple of weeks as an engagement present so I thought you might like to see a video of her. We will be back to normal programming with our next post.
PS if you are ever looking to choose a cat breed, I can’t recommend a exotic shorthair Persian enough. They are friendly, playful and cute. However, you do have to help them clean their eyes and accept them being so needy they sleep on your head.

i DIE. that is all.
Heh – I am trying to get Jen to dress her up in xmas clothes.
@Tom,
in some places (ie China and Korea), your gift to Jen could become a nice dish if you know where to look.
A collegue of mine got propositioned last time in Korea for some canine meat…
Nulle – no one eats CATS. No one right? That is ridiculous?!?! Dog meat, well that is fine.
LOVE. Major love. Why is it that the uglier the animals are the more cute they are? Look at it’s squishy face!
Hehe I have no idea why that work. I mean Ring is so inbreed we have to clean her eyes and yet for some reason she looks even cuter.?
Oh, screw the food (thought it’s good!). You guys need to get into cat blogging. LOVE RING.
I actually think a blog purely about cats would be read wayyyy more than this!
I am so jealous that I can hardly type. ADORABLE. PS thanks for all your help on HK tom – back in OZ now and will be putting some posts up soon.
No problems and I hope when you managed to escape you had some good meals. I damn well hope you had a grilled cheese sandwich at 001. Though obviously keep the name hush :/
In HK parlance – Ho duk yee! Congratulations on getting engaged as well.
Thanks!
